You must agree to our terms and conditions to purchase wholesale from Magnetic Bead Source! 

Wholesale Terms:  When you create an account to become a wholesaler you are agreeing to our terms and conditions as stated below:

• Wholesalers must own a retail location, home based business, or at the least a business license or business tax ID.  We may ask you for a copy of this proof at any time.
  Wholesalers are purchasing with intent to resell the products or items made with the products they are purchasing. Clarification:  You may not join wholesale simply to purchase items for only yourself or gifts for others.  If you aren't sure if you qualify as a wholesaler, please ask before you create an account or purchase. If we are ever audited by the IRS, they WILL check, so be sure you qualify for wholesale before purchasing!
• Wholesalers agree that Magnetic Bead Source is not liable for any injuries to persons or personal property by the magnets or the products made with the magnets.
• Even though magnets are known for their health benefits, Magnetic Bead Source does not guarantee or imply any type of these health benefits.

Minimum Order:  The minimum order for Wholesale is $50.  If you do not purchase $50 then the order will be charged a Low Order Fee of $10.00. 

Shipping:
Orders will be shipped according to the choice made in the shopping cart when checking out.  We offer UPS, or USPS shipping. Please allow 1 week for processing the order.  The shipping choice of next day, overnight, etc will be taken into consideration but is not guaranteed.  On all orders, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.  If items are on backorder we will notify you.  All backordered items will need at least 4-6 weeks for processing and another 2-4 weeks for delivery, unless otherwise notified.

Repairs:  Magnetic Bead Source guarantees the makemanship of the premade jewelry.  If the jewelry breaks for any reason, please return it to us for repairs.  Your account will be charged $1 per item for return postage fees.  We must have 75% of the beads in order to make the repair.  We also need to know the style number and size.  If you have a broken solid ring we will replace it for $1 (keep some of the peices to send to us for proof). You may send the repairs to our business address located on the Contact Us page.

Returns/exchanges:  Returns/exchanges can be made within 30 days from the date of purchase ONLY.  All returns will have a 20% restocking fee.  Returns and exchanges must be in original condition on the string or in the package if applicable to be credited.  We will inspect these items to make sure they have NOT been worn.  We have the right to refuse any return or exchange if we see that the items have been worn.  All returns will be credited to the customer's account.  No money will be refunded.  Shipping costs are not included and will not be credited back to the customer. The account will keep the credit until all the credit is used up or 1 year from the date of the return. Returns and exchanges may be sent to our business address located on the Contact Us page.

Neodymium: We do NOT guarantee the finish in any way. These beads are very strong and we will not be liable for damage done to a person.  They are very strong and can pinch.  We also not be responsible for damage done to personal property.  Please read about the warnings on the Neodymium Care and Instructions Page. We will not guarantee against chipping or rusting.  This chipping is done when the magnets are allowed to slam together too hard or in the wrong directions, etc. If the beads arrive from us broken or chipped, we will of course exchange them.
