This design uses grade b (800-1000 gauss) beads. Every bead is magnetic. According to our customers, the magnetic strength of these beads are sufficient for the most common ailments such as general aches and paines, arthritis, carpel tunnel, etc. The idea is to wear it closest to the source of the pain in order for the magnets to work well.
